The area consists of one large room which can be separated into up to 3 smaller rooms. The space can be easily converted to an office or similar business premises. It is equipped with all standard devices, video intercom, fire and burglar alarm. The use of all devices is included in the price of rent, which also includes utility charges, the common costs of the building and the cost of internet access. It is not permitted to bring and keep pets.
